Return Policy


  • We do not accept returns of any opened items (used or unused).
  • Each product carries it's own warranty policy, typically found within the user manual or on the manufacturer's site. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to call or email 
  • Unopened and unused items may be returned within 10 days at the expense of the customer (i.e. you). When applicable, refunds will be credited in the form of store credit upon verification that the unit has been unopened and unused
  • To return an unopened and unused item, please call or email us at riseupboards1@gmail.com and include 1) Order # 2) Item you desire to return 3) Reason for the return.
  • If any electronic part is taken apart then we can't take returns.  It would  invalidate the warranty. 
  • If the item has been damaged in anyway it can not be returned.
  • Example if your paddle board hits a rock and damages the board 
  • If you damage a skateboard in a fall or hit something under no circumstance can the board be returned.
